Executive Production
Ensuring implementation of efficient production processes and effective
measures to keep plant operational in line with quality standards. Preparing succinct production efficiency reports and reconciliation reports of
packaging material to be shared with division heads and packaging stores
respectively.
Managing manufacturing sections, packing lines, daily operations &
calibration record of equipment and ensuring availability of headcount as
per requirements of production. Supervising operation and maintenance
of PET bottle filling lines and manufacturing section liaising with other
departments as required.
Managing periodic lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance
throughput rate. Ensuring timely in-process quality control tests are
performed in laboratories. Ensuring proper issuance of RMS & PMS
through SAP reservation.
Training newly inducted employees & team members and monitoring
compliance with ISO 90012015, ISO 140012015, HACCP and Halal in all
production operations.
